WWII

WWII in Europe
This is an article about WWII, I hope you enjoy it.
War began in Europe, when Germany invaded Poland with a new
kind of attack: blitzkrieg, which means lightning war in German.
They first bombed the target and then stormed with infantry and
newly developed Panzer tanks.
                                           ↙

At first the Allies didn’t do anything, but after a while they got worried and
they did this:
Hitler: I want that. (points to Poland)
Allies: Okay, you can have that but NO MORE.
Hitler: I want that. (points to Czechoslovakia) …..and repeat.

Then, after invading outer Czechoslovakia, the Allies made Hitler sign
a document saying that he DEFINITELY would not invade the rest
of Czechoslovakia, he was like, “O.K dudes, no biggie.” ….AND, then
everyone went home and partied because they thought eternal world
peace had been established but then some party pooper came along
and said, “hey, Hitler just invaded the rest of Czechoslovakia.” And then
everyone kicked him out of the party and got worried. Okay, maybe
not exactly like that but you get the idea.

Also, the world started teaming up into 3 sections, the Allied powers,
the Axis powers and neutral countries.

The main Axis powers were Germany, Italy and Japan. The main
Allied powers were France, England, Russia/U.S.S.R and the United
States. This is a graph that I made that shows the different sides during world war 2.
The war started on September 1, 1939 and ended on
September 2, 1945. There were roughly 50 to 80 million deaths.
I think that’s astounding, how about you?

  1. I love how you can put the whole entire war in a much more simple way then trying to explain all of the concepts. Do you like to learn history? If yes then here is the link to my classmate's blog on history:https://geopolhis.blogspot.com.

    Sincerely,
